Default Scrubbing in Mask tool crashes WG 9.4

This is very repeatable

Scrubbing in the mask tool just freezes the UI and eventually Edius disappears.

Mask tool is applied to an MP4 file.

Hi Jerry 1920 by 1080 50p 10bit and the inside of the mask is Block Colour.

The video file is 25p a talking head slide from a "save as" from Ms Power Point.

The sound although from a tie clip mic was appalling all mid -range sounded like it was in a tin can, but that was how the original played so it was a fault on the video.

Applied Edius Parametric EQ bass boost with mid range cut (two notches in the mid frequencies)

Izotope RX to get rid of the hiss and Izotope Ozone Maximiser to pump up the volume. The audio filters have made the bad track sound good.

Even with both the audio and video rendered Edius will not stop on space bar it stops after about 3 seconds. Buffer not counting up evenly it jumps from 8 to 80 to 118 to 200 in chunks until it gets to 500.

Every other file in the project is from footage I filmed and behaves well and is AVC Long GOP from a Sony PXW-FS7

It could be the MS Power Point clip that is causing the issue. Try converting the clip to HQX and try it again....just to test.
