Default How to roll back to earlier version?

I updated to 8.31 Edius Pro and now it runs very slow when exporting a 2 minute clip about 7 minutes. I deleted my temp folder before and after I upgraded to 8.31. My cpu is running really high. Is there a way to go back to 8.20?

what are you exporting to?

to roll back, uninstall EDIUS and choose not to deactivate

install 8.2

done, you don't even need to reboot

So all I would need to do is go to programs-uninstall Edius do not deactivate. But how would I install Edius 8.20? Sorry for the confusion I have never done this before.

I was file to export. It was a 2 minute clip. I had alot of filters so I tried another 2 minute clip without anything. Same thing, the 2 minute clip took about 7-8 minutes. I do not have quick sync but a clip like this a week ago took about 2 minutes to export to file. The file is a h.264 at 20bps

I rolled back to 8.22 and when I export to file h.264 it is the same slow speed. I updated the driver and deleted the temp folder as well. I took a shot of the cpu while exporting.

That could mean that it has nothing to do with the 8.3 update.
Are you using any third-party filters or Audio effects on the assets?

I think someone just ran into this last week. In the older version it was set to Single pass. In the New version it was a Multi Pass export. Check your export settings.

Assuming you are using QuickTime for exporting as h264 have alook at this thread
http://forum.grassvalley.com/forum/s...ad.php?t=38961

There are instructions on where to check the single/double pass options
