Default import audio 5.1

Hello everyone.
I just recieved an audio file from a dance show. The sound engineer told me that he recorded in a usb the sound of the show in 5.1.And that I could separately manage each channel if I wanted to.
I imported the wav file in edius but it goes only to one audio track.
Is there a special way to import it in Edius so I can see every chanell on its own ?
Thank you

Make the project an 8 channel project
Set the trackpatches to mono
Don't use a Va track but V + a tracks
