Default Planet Earth- The Undersea World

For those of you who like underwater films, I just completed this 14 minute 2D version of a film shot on the reefs off Cozumel Mexico in July. It was shot in native 3D and will be used as part of a 3D film I've been commissioned to make for a new 3D theater being built there. It was shot at mostly 2.7K and upscaled to 4K.

Beautiful footage and very peaceful. I also recognized some of the music "Fluidscape".

Mark, yep Fluidscape! Sounds like you and I go fishing in the same waters for music. I spent a couple hours on a few of the pay royalty music sites I sometimes use, but kept coming back to Fluidscape. It seemed to work best and it's free. I like free!

Yes, free is great. I have used a lot of Kevin MacLeod's music over the years. He is very talented.

Enjoyed it Barry. The music fit very well. Cozumel is special to me as I have had many dives there back in my cruise ship days. Beautiful.

Default Finally gave in and bought a drone

Having decided a few years ago that the world of drones was not for me, I finally succumbed and bought a Parrot Anafi.
Now I am finding that this new view on the world around me gives me footage that helps spice-up my normal EDIUS edited videos of Japan.
Here are two of my first attempts at integrating the Anafi shots into projects in EDIUS.

Drones are great! I wish I had a reason to buy one.
