Default windows 10 renders slower than windows 7

I do not know if this is the right place for this consultation but I hope you can help me.
I've been desperate for a few months, in April update my laptop from windows7 to windows10. It was then when my ordeal began, I explain.

I have always rendered my video in the h264 / avc option, with windows7 I could render an hour of video in 20 minutes, now, with windows10, the laptop takes 3 hours to do the same work with the same type of video and with the same output configurations.
all drivers are the originals of the brand of the computer and are updated, I dare say they are the same as when I had windows7 installed.

with mpg or other codecs the rendering is faster but slower than when edius 8 worked on windows7.

Intel core i7-6700HQ 2.6GHz 64Bits
250GB SSD + 1TB
16 Gb of DDR4 RAM
Mainboard MSI MS-1785

I am Spanish and the message has been translated by Google so I apologize if something is not well understood.

I am new but I see that Aquice gives a lot of help, I hope that someone can help me with this problem that really makes me desperate.

you have a CPU with Intel® HD Graphics 530 = CPU with Quicksync support

are you sure that Quicksync
  • a) is activated/marked when exporting ??
  • b) you have the right driver for HD Graphics 530 installed ??
@ b) ... Unfortunately, not all driver works with Edius correctly, sometime needs a older driver as the current one,
for proper "Quicksync work" in Edius.

You are familiar with all requirements for Quicksync support??

you are familiar with the check whether Quicksync works correctly or not ??
(1x export with activated Quicksync & 1x export without activated Quicksync = very different export times)

Quite a few people have contacted me recently saying since a Windows update they have lost Quick Sync. The answer has been that Windows has started using the nVidia GPU in their laptop for EDIUS rather than the Intel. I put a page on my website which shows how to check the Laptop is using the Intel GPU< which will gives you Quick Sync and faster exports:
EDIUS silver certified trainer.
