System
intel DP45sg, core 2 quad 3.0, 4 GB corsair xms DDR3 ram, nvidia quadro 1700, seagate 250GB HD, XP Pro SP3, LG GGW-H20L Blu-ray writer and Coolermaster cmstacker 810 case.

tried 2 MBs same problem.

try to disable or remove the HDStorm board to see if the problem is software or hardware related...

Has anyone used the HD Storm with the Intel X48 Chipset? Just thought I would ask, as I haven't tried it myself as I am still waiting for the 64bit Vista Drivers for the card.

I'm running an intel DP45SG MB with edius 5.0, with the same specifications as yours, except with another graphic card : ASUS EN8800GT 1 GIG
without any problems on vista 32, on vista 64 and winxp.
Remove some rams to see what's happens...maybe faulty ram is the reason
