i try jerry's step still no library i unstall edius 7 and 8 deactivate edius 7 install edius 8 and vistitle no library now i have gv license list edius 8 only

I can't see any detail in those shots.
Open Vistitle>press PrtScn>open Paint>press Ctrl V.
Crop the image and save it as a .png.

Did you do as Zorro suggested and make sure you opened as an admin?
