Default The best Video card for my system

Hello,
I have this system without a Video card.
I want to buy a new card but my budget is very low right now.
I started learning Edius 8 and Premier CC.
I will edit max 1080P (no necessary 4K or 3D)

my system:
I7 4790
Gigabyte H97M HD3
Hynix 16 gb (2*8) 1600 Mhz
Crucial SSD 250 gb
NZXT H230+ FSP 650 W Raider.

My options in my country for Video card are:
GTX 750
GTX 660
R7 250X
7870

If there is a better card in my budget I can check.

Thanks a lot,
Shai!

If you do not use GPU effects you do not need a card at all for EDIUS so which card works best for Premiere is really of importance to you. As you can see from my signature I do not have a graphics card and edit fine with AVCHD, XAVC-S ( HD and UHD ).
