Default what format to export from edius for AE? HD 24 PN P2 format

hi, what exporter should I use to export the edited footage for AfterEffects to add effects in full quality? please advice, I shot it in AVC-I 100 24PN in Panasonic p2 1980x1080,
I tried .mxf and P2 files but AE doesn't support them, is QT good? but is h.264 is good enough quality or some other settings, please help

Is there a reason you cannot export HQ, HQX from 6.0 or HQ, Lossless from 5.5... you also have uncompressed flavours.

We use HQ Fine or Lossless depending, both work well.

Best

Dave.
