Default Disk Capture or Import VOB Files? And Import a project?

Hi, 2 Questions.

I was importing the vob files off an DVD (I made) into my Edius 5.51 timeline.
Then I saw the Disk Capture function. Will one be better than the other in picture or audio quality. I could not see any difference.

The other question,
I thought I could import a whole edius project. I tried it in 5.5, but it lost my chapter marks during the import. Did I do something wrong?

Thanks
Bob

Ok, here is another question.
Today I was going to do a Disk-Capture using Edius 5.5, but the disk title will not come up for me to start to capture. The dvd is one of my own DVDs that work fine in players. I tried another DVD and that one seems to be fine for Disk-Capture. Both DVDs were made on a VHS ->DVD dub Recorder. Any ideas as to why this DVD wont show up for capturing? All the VOB files are on the disk and look fine.

Thanks
Bob

Bob,
this thread: http://ediusforum.grassvalley.com/fo...ad.php?t=12006

suggested that you should use Disk Capture

Yes, I had read that thread before, but was wondering if the picture quality was going to be different. My guess, is the quality will be the same, but I did fine a glitch where the vob file match up. So I'm guessing the Disk-Capture will fix that.
Now I can not get the Disk-Capture to work on one disk. Why?????

Thanks
Bob
