Angry Edius 9.20 Mync issues...

Hello.

The new version of Mync (Edius 9.20) does not show local hard drives.
Everytime I want to exit the Application,Mync freezes and I have to " end task" from the task manager.
Already uninstalled/reinstalled 2 times following Anton's advice.
Edius 9.20 is very fast compared to the previous version(s) but the problem with Mync is serious.
I think I don't need to uninstall and reinstall for a 3d time, there must be an explanation about this matter.
Is there a configuration file of Mync that has to be edited, in order to work ok?
I have not made any changes to my Hardware Configuration, no antivirus is running, no updates of Microsoft windows 10 were installed.
Which makes the whole situation more serious.
Any ideas?

maybe a Win10 issue or an antivirus program preventing proper operation, it works fine here with Win7

also, when I expand folders, I can see all hard disks, see attached

I can confirm your finding that upon each first opening of Mync, the folder list is empty (even though the folder list appears expanded) until you click on the word Folders

Once you click on Folders, instead of collapsing, they magically appear

I will report

can you tell me if any of your hard disks contain a folder called XDROOT

if yes, can you rename to XDROOT-old and see what happens in Mync

also, are the 3 GV folders excluded from any anti virus program

Hello Anton.

These XDROOT folders do not exist in any of the hard drives.
About the Anti virus Program i have uninstalled everything and disabled completely the windows defender. (all of its functions including firewall).
Something more that i would like to ask. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the 9.20 version 2 times (on the same pc). Which is the maximum number of activations/deactivations per month on the same pc?
I don't want to loose the license because of the Mync problem.
In my opinion this is a bug. I never had any problem before with Edius , or with Mync.
You guys have all been very helpful to me and i thank you all.
Someone here from Grassvalley to answer, or give some info about that?
