Default Keyboard shortcut

Can anyone tell me what is shift, alt and left mouse to drag everything to the right of CTI called?

it can't be changed

but if you want to move all clips on the right of playhead by simply dragging, do the following:
press Shift+End (this will select all clips after the playhead)
drag any of the selected clips and all selected ones will follow
