Default Edius 8.5 upgraging Os

I am about to purchase Edius 8 Pro.
What are the rules..Initially will be installed on Win 7 and later on Win 10
on the same computer,Is that OK or limit on installs?

it is ok but I recommend EDIUS8 WG instead of Pro if you need all features
