Default Edius 8 vs Prores 422

Hi everyone, I have a problem, they gave me clips converted into prores 422HQ 1920x1080p, and I have to edit with edius 8.5, and there are no problems in fact after importing them into edius 8 I can work them very well, but my problem is, when I will have finished the video which will last about 1 hour, in what format should I export it from edius 8?
The prores 422 is found only on edius 9 but I use version 8 so I would like to export in a format equal to the prores and at the highest possible quality, so that tomorrow I can edit it again on edius without problems, I don't care how many GB will come out at fine, it's not a problem but I want to export to the highest video quality available on edius 8.
thank you

HQX Superfine!

Yes:

Hint:

The one thing to be aware of, is that whoever you are giving these files to will need to install the GV codecs to play them. The same story is true if you were to use an Avid DNxHD codec.

ProRes is native to Mac, and a lot of people have quicktime player on their PC's, so ProRes can usually work on a PC too for playback.

If you can't export Prores, since your edius version is from before the native prores support, it may make sense to convert the HQX files back to Prores for delivery. You can do this using ffmpeg, or if you prefer not to use the command line, there are several GUI's for ffmpeg, some free, some not. Xmedia Recode is a free one that will let you do the conversion.

As I said in my answer #2: Use HQX-Superfine and you have top quality.
