Default Can you help with Chroma and re sizing and layouter

I have tried to use Chroma.wma and it works in some circumstances but not in my current attempts to make a boat sail across the screen,

When I resize the boat and place it in the top left hand corner and keyframe it to the bottom right I get a black square in the centre of the screen and the boat disappears in the incorrect place. The attached files show the screen dumps.

I am sending this as a reply because i cannot find oput how to make a new post.

Your help would be greatly appreciated.

your layouter background color is set to 0%, it needs to be 100%

That's correct with 100 you fill the frame with the green (or blue) after scale.

So it's a ship on green screen....... Is it a animated ship? Like flags waving, etc. If it's just a still, I would cut it out in Photoshop with an Alpha Channel. I do it all the time. Moves real easy.

Default Background and Chroma

Dear Anton and Steve,

I have searched all my working Chroma keys and find that the background is zero. and when I change the zero to 100 they still work !

When I change the current samples to 100% there is no improvement to the P in P effect

The black square is still there and seems to arise from either the resizing or the cropping of the still image

With or without key frames the boat crates an edge about 75% of the way across the screen from left to right and disappears

The ultimate intention is to animate the boat and have a spectacular shipwreck.

I am trying to create an Alpha image in Photoshop but lack of knowledge makes it slow progress.

Any more ideas would be welcomed

Kind regards,

JohnAC
