Default Suggestions about a new PC for 4K. URGENT!

Hi, I'm sorry for urgency but today my old PC is KO and I have to buy a new PC for 4K video editing. In my old PC there are some internal hard drives. An expert has assembled my old PC. In the next days I'd like to buy an easy assembled PC ready to use it, with only one hard drive for the Operative System. I'd like to use only external hard drives connected on USB3 ports for video editing. In your opinion will I do a craziness? Is it better internal hard drives? Then .... what is a good Motherboard and a good video card? I would not spend a lot of money. THANKS

If it is really urgent you can do a search. There have been lots of discussions and suggestions in the hardware forum on this topic.:)

IN general you are always better off to have internal drives (there are exceptions). If the drives from your old system are fairly new, you could simply put them in the new computer and not have to transfer anything that was already on them. RAIDs are a bit more complicated depending on what you may have.
