Default OFX + NB TP5 + Hitfilm still not working?

I did a complete fresh install of my system with Win10. Then I installed Edius 9.31 WG plus OFX and the free titler NB TP5. Next, I installed Hitfilm Ignite 2017 (paid version). Installation went fine, but nothing showed up in the effects folder of Edius.

Is this still the "old" problem where you cannot have TP5 and Hitfilm working at same time?

I have Ignite Pro 2017 coupled with TP6 Ultimate without any issues.
This is a native Edius plugin install and not an OFX bridge install.
TP6 and Ignite Pro 2017.jpg
Is this the same program that you are using?

I am using TP5 that came for free with E9 via the OFX bridge in combination with Hitfilm Ignite Pro 2017.
I have read that there are no problems using TP6 and it was advised not to use TP5 because of several problems. So my question is: is this version of Titler Pro causing Ignite not to show up as there were problems in the past with the combination of NB Titler and Hitfilm?

It is very important to use the latest version of the bridge, Titler pro and teh ignite plugs.
Check via the New Blue application manager.
The latest version of the bridge is 3.0.17123 trough the application manager.

Thanks, I will check.

All files were recently downloaded from the company site. This usually means you have the most recent versions, but I will check anyway.

NB TP5 = 3.0.17213
OFX = 5.0.17213
Hitfilm Ignite Pro 2017 = 1.0.7110.12602

The first two both according to the New Blue Application Manager. Hitfilm Ignite showed the version in the app to remove software.
It also says I can upgrade the Titler, but this is the upgrade to version 6, not a higher number with version 5.

It seems I have the latest versions, but is it correct NB will not work with Hitfilm Pro 2017 and Hitfilm Ignite Pro 2017?

The latest version of Hitfilm Ignite Pro 2017, which is labeled Ignite Pro in Windows, is not 1.0.7110.12602.
This is the latest version installed on my system:
Hitfilm Ignite.jpg

The 1.0.7110.12602 version is from around 11/2017. Did you not install the update from the link I posted? It was released on 1/30/2019.
https://fxhome.com/software-update/ignite-pro

Your initial install may not be viable with the latest update if the original version has not be upgraded. I think this is a paid upgrade.
