Default Turbo-R wont boot windows

Hi all,

I have a Turbo-R which just will not boot Windows, saying operating system not found, after exiting BootManager.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated, as Support have said they no longer support this product and don't have any engineers who know anything about it!

I have asked the T-2 team if they could help, but no one seems familiar with this issue. The best route is to contact a regional service support person from the grassvalley.com website. Sorry I don't have a better answer for you.

Default RE

Thanks for asking round, it must be a unusual fault.

I opened the unit up and just took out and put back in the RAM and some hard drive cables and the system booted up fine. Sounds like the Hard Drive fails to read over time, so I'm not sure there's too much we can do about it.
