Default EDIUS 7 Playback Buffer Size.

I have a PC with below configuration AMD Ryzen 7 2700X, Asus X370 F Gaming, 24GB (16x8) DDR4 3000Mhz, Sapphire RX580 8GB DDR5, 250GB SSD M2. Currently I'm working with EDIUS 7 for wedding video editing. But facing some problem with my buffer size. When I play project in EDIUS the video is playing very slow and chopy and buffer size showing 1/250. I have tried many settings changes but no solution.

Please help me.

If you have you audio mixer open close it.
If you have applied any third-party effects which cannot play realtime please render them first.

I have the audio mixer open at all times and this does not effect the buffer as long as all mixer tracks are set to off state

That is correct.
But sometimes in the narrowing down an issue it is faster to close the mixer. It is faster to get to the problem.
