Default Can somebody give me a 'split screen' 2d preset?

Hey guys sorry some of the tech language you speak confuses me.

I am still looking for a 2d pip or something to let me do 'split screen' in edius
i dont know what 'pip' means or how the term '2d' relates can anyone help me out here?

See my previous post. 2D is 2 dimensional which only change on the X and Y axis, vs 3DPIP (Picture in Picture) which adds the Z axis. You can achieve a split screen (having 2 different shots where each usually takes up half of the screen) by either one of these, but the most efficient way is probably with Layout.

a friend who uses edius just told me 'right click' use 'layout' then hey presto
very excited

thanks anyway hon but it looks like this will be easier

yes, the layout tool is the easiest for that

I will do new tutorial to update my outdated one
