Default Exporting MP4 640 x 360 ?

I was hoping someone could help with an issue exporting to MP4 640 x 360? I don't see that preset and I've tried manually configuring project settings... but still no luck.

Can anyone help?
I will really appreciate any info.

Thanks!

In the export panel select enable conversion and input the frame size after choosing custom from the drop down.
