Default Problems with projects created on 1 PC when played back another PC

I'm trying to develop a more flexible working set up, where my wife and I can work on projects both at home and at the office. So far, we have it so that the footage for a project is on the hard drive of the computer at home and the office. Then we upload the Edius project to our Sharepoint site Shared Documents folder and download at the office/home, then overwrite the project in the respective folder.

This works fine so far, but we have encountered 2 problems so far:

1. The office PC uses the HD Spark for monitoring. The home PC does not. When editing a project at the office created on Edius at home, for some reason I cannot view it on the attached HD TV via the Spark.

2. When editing a project at the office created on Edius at home, there is no sound via the PC's speakers.

I'm sure this is just something with my settings in Edius but I can't seem to find where the problem lies.

I hope this makes sense and that someone can point me in the right direction. Thanks.

At the office go to System Settings/Hardware/Preview Device and select the HD Spark

Hi John. Thanks, but I should have said earlier that I tried that and it would not allow me to select the Spark. The option was there, but when I tried to tick te box it just would not select.

That's what I was thinking but wouldn't know if that was the case.

Can you post a screen shot of your preview device panel? Is the card seated in a 1x slot or a 16x slot? I have heard of cases where the Spark did not work in a 16x slot.
I just read that you have an Asus motherboard. Do you have the HD Spark in the top 1x slot? The line up would be Spark card, then your GTX650. The second 1x slot would be blocked by the video card.

is 6.54 used at home and at work?

when you start a new project at work, do you have output via the spark if you place a colorbar clip on timeline?

if the spark is set as preview device, you will not hear sound from PC speakers, this is normal, use the sound coming from TV or us a HDMI amp in between Spark and TV

can I see a screenshot of project settings with all settings visible of the troublesome project

also, a screenshot of the preview devices

also, a screenshot of device manager, sound video and game controllers expanded
