Default Boris FX manual and tutorial?

Need recommendation for a printed manual and tutorial for Boris FX.
Anyone?

eh..... The boris FX website has a training section with video's .You can download the manuals and print them. Youtube also has lot of training video's

Boris FX works in the same was as Boris Red (which also used to be sold as Avid FX) so most tutorials on those products would be relevant too, although may show you some things which are not in Boris FX. One of the users here, Douglas, has some tutorials on Boris RED - some are free and some are not. You can see those here : https://gaijin-eyes.com/
