I'm doing 15 second ads for the local cimema. They require the files to be Mpeg 2 so they can load on their computer and play through their system.
Edius produces M2p files which don't play on any computer without the appropriate codec. How can I convert M2p to Mpeg 2 that is recognised by windows media player in any computer? I'm currently using Edius 3.62 Richard |

Keep in mind that standard installations of Windows will not decode MPEG-2 data out-of-the-box, due to licensing. A shared decoder from any third-party app will add decoding to WMP.
If you have some DVD playback software, or a copy of VideoLAN (www.videolan.org), try the M2P in that and see if you get a picture... |
