Default MXO2 Error Code 43

I bought a Matrox MXO2 used to run Edius 8.5 but it happens a strange fact: after installing all the drivers and connecting it to the interface pci-e device management Windows tells me that the entry "Matrox MXO2io" (driver details: " mvkAVCio.sys ") reports a yellow exclamation mark and, of course, the audio / video signals do not pass. While all other Matrox entries are correctly installed if I try to update "Matrox MXO2io" comes out the message "Windows has encountered a problem: error code 43". In the tool bar the TV icon is red and the info on the card is empty (the window does not show the construction date and serial number of the MXO2 box). But if I connect to the same pci-e interface in the same motherboard slot a second MXO2 LE and re-update the driver "Matrox MXO2io" reconnecting (without updating) my MXO2 the box magically works in all its parts (but in the window "info" still shows the production date and serial number of the MXO2 LE). I searched for a long time on the net possible explanations and remedies but I did not find anything (not even on the Matrox forum where, to the problem "error code 43" we suggest only a precise sequence of uninstallations / installations and changes of PCI slots that I have already tried in all the variants without success). As far as I can imagine, the problem is somewhere inside the metallic box of my MXO2.

Please, if anyone knows Matrox MXO2 well could you tell me how to fix it and, if so, which component should be repaired inside the box? Thank you all.

note that the MXO2 will only work with Win7

pay attention to the way the cable is connected from card to breakout box, it fits both ways but only one way is correct, that is why you have A B marks

I see nothing attached

make sure you do not use the latest driver as this was for Win8 and will crash EDIUS

use 7.7.2

I need to see what is in "sound video and game controllers" as well

can you confirm that SP1 is installed? screenshot of computer properties

double check cable connection and shut down PC, remove power cord for 1 min and then start PC
