Default Procoder 3+timecode

Hi,

I'm using Procoder a lot because of it's capability to preserve embedded timecode (from Canopus HQ to mpeg-2). That's really a great feature, but now I have to re-encode a lot of mpeg-2 files (japanese animes) which has timecodes starting randomly (13:22:00:13, 01:30:22:00, etc) and I need files starting at zero (00:00:00:00)

Is it possible to tell Procoder to reset timecode values?
I've tried turning off the Timestamp function, but that's not helping :(
