Default Not recognize my files from P2 cards

Hello, I have the following problem EDIUS 6.02 not recognize my files from P2 cards, P2 and folder missing in source browser??? Please advice

When using the Source Browser. right click on P2, select Open Folder and then navigate to whatever is above the Contents folder of the P2 card. Normally this is just a drive letter if you are doing it from a card, but it may be a folder if you have them on a hard drive.
