Did you disable any anti-virus software before your install? Sometimes EDIUS does not install fully because files are blocked from use.

By chance are you running both 8.53 and 9.5 on the system?

when I see CCleaner running in a system report, I typically suspect many problems. I would get rid of it and hope the registry is not damaged
I have two thoughts. First, I think Anton maybe on to something. I would never recommend anyone to use software to "clean up" a registry. CCleaner makes totally automated decisions that might be irrelevant. There are extreme dangers involved. Possibly, as an extreme option, I would recommend you start from scratch and reinstall Windows all over again. Make sure all the latest drivers are installed from the manufacturers, not those installed automatically by Windows.

However, personally, I had many crashes as a result of first installing a new Intensity Pro 4K card. For some strange reason the driver did not install correctly, and it took several attempts before it worked correctly. Once I had it installed correctly all the crashing ended. So I would look closely here.

If you are getting a new SSD for a new Windows 10, I think a clean install will save you a lot of time trying to diagnose your problem.
At least, every thing will be new.
If you are going to continue to use CCleaner, at least make a Registry backup.

I would also clone your OS drive so that if something does happen, you can quickly replace the drive and continue working. Always have a backup.
