Default Vectorscope pops up

Is there a setting to avoid the vectorscope popping up when I switch the record screen to full size ?
Its an annoying situation, it blocks the screen when I make some changes
f.i. with color or another correction.
Thx.
Edd.

Are you sure it is realy closed? This can happen when it open and goes behind a palette.

I keep the vector scope always open, but when I enlarge the preview window (full screen ) it pops up in front of the screen, blocking the screen when I'm for instance do some color adjustments, some time it does it and some times it doesn't ?
Cant say when, that pallet is normally under the two preview windows (two monitors ).

when you close it with its X, it will not pop until you open it by the toolbar icon

Yes I know, but I like it open so I see what's wrong with some shots.
When the preview windows are small the scope is "nested" below ,but when I want to see a bigger preview, the scope some times pop's up and block the full preview window.
I'll make a screen print to make it more clearer.
It's no disaster bud it's a bit annoying.

ahhahhh, now I see what you mean

that is one reason I do not use EDIUS for full screen preview

btw, your scopes look older than EDIUS9, I doubt they will fix that
