Default Get rid of flares

Hello, I mistakenly shot this interview with the floresent lights on in the background which cause a light flare on the interviewee's shirt (yellow in color) How can I get rid of this using Edius? I have Edius 8 pro. Thank you in advance. And if it is not too much trouble if you could give me the steps to do so.

are you referring to the yellow patches on the left of the logo on the T-shirt?

if so, draw a mask with soft edges and add inside filter, color balance etc and reduce the chroma level to reduce the yellow

Anton, I missed it on my smartphone. If so. Mask and use Chrominance. Find the key and desaturate it with Primary Color Correction.
