Default hdv editing

hi all
iam using the canopus nx for hd to edit on a p4 3.6 machine,i just bought the
expansion board to edit in hd,but iam confsued which
pc to buy,motherboard,cpu,video card,,,,if u caN GIVE ME AN ADVICE PLS.....MUCH GRATEFULL

Core 2 duo, may as well get 4 gig ram (cheap now days) and a separate hard disc for your editing. Oh, and a video card the has 256mb of RAM, or for a bit more a Video card with 512mb RAM.

Thats pretty much it, but before you get a motherboard, check the motherboard compatibility lists on the canopus website.

Windows XP I would stay with.
