Default MYNC reads one of passport hd as a computer HD but the other as a removable drive

The problem I have is one of my removable passport HD is read as a system HD and show all the separate sub folder files the other passport is recognised as removable drive and directly opens up one file. Does not show any sub folders. Any idea how I can alter settings to access all the sub folders.

Do you have P2 or Sony ex material in the root?
If so put them in a folder.
