According to the DVC tutorial you can switch Mync to an external monitor. In my Mync I see no external monitor under setings. My external monitor is connected through a Blackmagic card hdmi cable. I t works in Edius 8.3.

You can switch Mync to a second computer screen, assuming you have two connected. You can't get it tp use Blackmagic or other hardware.

It was a connection setting that I had wrong and now I have a dialogue box that lets mw select a second monitor in Mync. The output however is out of focus and washed out and smeary on my second monitor. Using it through the black magic intensity pro card via HDMI gives perfect resolution in Edius
