Default Edius ID

When I go to the eID page and click on eID registration, it asks for my email, so I put in my email and it said that "the email address entered is already registered" So how can I register my Edius 9 ID? this is so confusing. I'm upgrade from 8.53 workgroup.

When you install Edius upgrade, it will ask for your existing E8 serial number and your E9 upgrade serial number. The Edius license manager should automatically associate it with the eID ligin information that you had to install in the license manager. You don't need to manually register it with that link, as that created a new eID account if I recall correctly.

When you got Edius 8 you must have made an eID account since it was required. If you have already installed the upgrade, if you log into your eID account, you should see the E9 license there already.

you don't need an ID if upgrading from 8WG to 9WG, click Skip

or if you previously registered an ID, use the same details to log in, no need to register
