Default Need repair on a ADVC 100

Does anyone know where I can get my ADVC100 repaired.
I am in the Portland, Oregon area.
I believe I need the 6 pin port on the back replaced. Both lights on the front light up at the same time and it won't let me import video.

Good luck. The ADVC100 was discontinued in 2005, and factory service end at the end of 2008. There is an asterisk on the GV EOS list that some parts MIGHT still be available.

Given the cost of service bench/tech time, it may not be economically worth paying a professional to repair it. (DYI, if you have the necessary skill set and if it is a simple available part replacement, will be lower cost.)

I see that used ADVC100 start at around $100 on ebay and the newer ADVC110 around $150. New capture cards such as the Blackmagicdesign Intensity Pro may be more practical today depending on you application and system.
