Default Edius 4.5 question

Edius has a feature in the bin window where you can scroll through an avi with your mouse holding down mouse wheel and shifting mouse left or right to go forward and reverse. My wireless mouse is not able to do this. What am I doing wrong. Is this a mouse problem or an Edius problem?

Default

this will be a mouse problem

go to control panel and see if the mouse driver lets you change the scroll wheel button behaviour
