Default Crashing at startup

Have edius v9 been working fine since installed but now it crashes at startup anybody with suggestions? cheers barry.

did you save any custom presets lately?

rename or delete the file as seen in attached and see if EDIUS starts

Did you install any third-party plugs?

Also is EDIUS vanishing or do you get the crash reporter?

It crashes with no warning or crash report.

In file explorer under "View" select "Show Hidden Files" and reopen File Explorer
