Default Batch export problem in Edius 9 workgroup

Batch export refuses to start in Edius 9 workgroup. I've never had that problem in earlier versions of Edius, so I hope somebody has a solution to this problem.

I think you need to give more detail.
Which exporter ?

Can you provide a screen shot of your batch list?

1. it means it is opening on a monitor that is no longer connected, try and connect one and then move the batch window to main monitor, then save and exit and disconnect that monitor again

2. if the above is not the case, restore EDIUS layout to factory default and see if batch window opens

3. if the above fails, go to system settings, profile, and create a new profile, close EDIUS and start EDIUS and in start screen, select the new profile

4. if the above fails, I eat a broom

Hi Anton:
I don't think that's a good idea.
