Did you follow all the steps in the link I gave you?

https://www.iobit.com/en/knowledge-f...n-error-13.php

Did you first enter Safe Mode before removing the Nvidia driver?

Did you try the suggestion in step 5?

Does it work?
I unistalled Heroglyph titles and Vitascene but the problem is the same.
But I need to be more precise and clear. Now when I export Edius 9 does not move anything and it goes into crash after 15-20 seconds. I remove that crash window and then Edius 9 start to export enough well but it needs too much time to export. It need 4-5 hours to export 30 min. UHD project.
Thank you for your suggestions.

you need to make sure Explorer is set to show hidden files and folders, and make sure you are not hiding extensions

Yes, now I found that file. I will make those steps later, as soon as possible. A last question please: I'd like to know if you checked those files about System Report of the Edius 9 crash I have sent you.
Thanks for some info.

I follow those steps but I have the same problem with Edius 9. "What a pity!!! In fact Windows 10 never worked as well as it does now.

did you rename the crash dump file? try not to rename it

when it crashes again, use a zip tool such as 7-zip (free) and attach the zip here without dropbox usage

or simply rename the .dmp extension to .zip and attach here

meanwhile, the system info win report mentions KERNELBASE.dll involved in the crash

also, there is some strange things happening in the registry, can you explain Tweaking.com\Registry Backup\TweakingRegistryBackup.exe

I answer to your question:
1) Tweaking is a software that make a registry backup every time I turn on the PC, Now I unistalled it but I get the same problem with edius 9.
2) Every time I open the project Edius create a new file in the same folder of the project. It is Lalibela, leggenda e religione 26.ezp.lock. When I close Edius 9 that file disappears. I attach a pic.
3) In my previous post I didn't rename the .dmp file.
4) Now I attach the .dmp file. I renamed the extension to .zip but I notice it is impossible to open it. I'd like to attach also the same file compressed by WinRAR but the Forum doesn't allow me to attach another file.

I am waiting impatiently for your answer / advice, assuming that it will arrive soon but if it is not resolutive, I think I will format the hardrive. I don't want to give you any more trouble. Thank you.

the ezp.lock file is normal, you only see it when show hidden files and folders is enabled, leave this file alone, it is normal

meanwhile, I am looking for EDIUS.dmp

can you right click the desktop, then click new, then shortcut and type %Temp% and click ok

then you will see a yellow folder on desktop called Temp, open it and show me a screenshot of what is inside

your Tweaking software shows a crash before you open EDIUS, so leave it uninstalled

also, which drive were you exporting to?

can you do a small test

1. make sure in project settings, render codec is HQX
2. mark in and out a small 2 min section and press Shift+Q in order to render to a new clip above
3. now leave in and out marked and try the H264 export

also, you have some strange antivirus program running ACDSeeCommanderPro10

maybe it is interfering with the exporter

Win10 has its own antivirus already built in
