Default Edius 6.5 version differences

At B&H there are different versions of E6.5:
EDIUS PRO 6.5 DOWNLOAD/NO UPGRADES/EDU
EDIUS PRO 6.5 CROSSGRADE EDIUS LEGACY
EDIUS ELITE 6.5 UPGRD f/EDIUS 6/K2 OPT
and some more.

What are the differences between them? Or better yet, I'm upgrading from version 5, which one should I get?
BTW some of these says that are download version, do they download from B&H or from GV?

Thanks in advance

You need the crossgrade and it comes as a box product only..
