Default Procoder watch folders

When you move a file into a Procoder watched folder, it begins encoding the file to the format desired.

However, let's say you are exporting an .avi from your timeline. If you export your .avi to your watch folder, will procoder begin the transcode as soon as it sees the incomplete .avi file appear, or will it wait until the .avi has finished exporting before the transcode begins?

And if so, is it safe to simutaneously transcode your .avi while it exports, provided your system can handle doing so?

ProCoder requires that it see the EOF (End of File) before it can encode, regardless of what mode you use ProCoder in.

So this type of workflow isn't possible.

Hi. Is there any way if I reboot my encoding computer and when it starts procoder express run as last state?

I mean I wanna use procoder express as encoding server and I will set watch folder. The server must be restarted once in day. So I wonder if procoder run as state before server shuts down.

Sorry for my English.

You should use the full ProCoder for this type of task.
