Fire Coder Blue - Latest Driver Version Toshiba 1.2.2.11 regularly produces write error on todays disc media e.g. Sony Accu Core 6x BNR25BPS.
Writing with e.g. NERO is no problem. No write error out of 50 pieces. When will GV finally fix the numerous errors on this product ? This product becomes more and more unusable in the mean time.

I don't think I will get a reply from GV Mark even if I cannot use one of there products any more.
I think they are developing the same habits like Adobe where you get error corrections only with the next release. Which is annoying and unacceptable to me.

yes, I think so - GV cannot afford to let the product die without making it usable before.

Seems to me that GV lost there interest in FCB - no reaction - thank you Grass Valley.
That is customer support at its best.

your comment is ridiculous. You really think that the german(or US) support function has a quick fix for this problem ? Forget it - the only way to produce pressure is to make it known to others.

My comment is spot on. Your post made it seem as if you expected to get a GV support answer here. You know you are not going to get a GV tech response here.
If you want to complain, fine...I agree with most of what is said about FCB. |
