Sound Radix POWAIR Compressor Plug In

Hi! This might be a stupid question but has anyone tried using Sound Radix POWAIR Compressor Plug In with Edius 8WG? It is not on the list of Edius compatible plug in's.

I haven't heard of it let alone try it, but feel free to give it a whirl if you have it. Be careful to check for any time delays/latency with it though. Edius and most other NLE systems don't offer nay kind of VST plugin latency compensation, so if the plugin introduces any, things will not be in sync when processed.

Latency compensation is standard in DAW software, but not NLE software.

Some VST plugins will also crash an NLE, as they are written specifically for DAW workflows.

Thanks for your reply! I don't have the software yet. It was highly recommended to me but I don't want to purchase it if it won't work.

I would suggest Loudmax compressor and limiter. Simple solution and works great. For free.

I tried Loudmax and it doesn't work if you are using a 4K montitor.
