Default New to Editing, Need Help.

I m using Edius 6 and i use it to edit videos of my church. I shoot video from Panasonic AG AC90 camera.

I managed to edit videos on Edius 6 timeline. I have a problem with rendering. When i rendered it, it gave me option of only render the orange area. i clicked on it, and after that i clicked on export, print to file. clicked on mpeg(i want to upload videos on youtube)i need suggestion on what best option should i choose. Left all the setting as it was. the final video came without sound. I dont know what was the problem.? need help.

1. there is no need to render prior to exporting

2. what is your project setting, need to see all details

3. what are your clip video and audio properties

4. make sure you export 16bit audio and not 24 or 32bit

5. what is your desired youtube size? 640x360 or 1280x720?

Did you export as a program stream or a transport stream? Mpeg program stream has the audio within the mpeg file. Transport stream has separate audio and video files on export. Make sure, if you want to use mpeg that you export a program stream.
