Default ADVC300 software

I have a ADVC300 video converter & I want to use it on a Windows 8.1 64 bit PC.
I've searched for the software disk but can't locate it here.
On the Green Valley web site it directs me to: ftp://ftp.grassvalley.com/canopus/ADVC/
but I don't understand where to go from there. The ADVC300 does not show in the files offered.
Any ideas anyone?
If that is not possible, can anyone recommend a currently available Video Converter?
Cheers

It is the PCtrl300 zip file.
Download it, unzip, and install.
I do not know whether or not it will work with Win8, it works with Win7.

You can still use the ADVC300 without the Picture Controller software, just not as convenient.
