Yes I do want to bet, I've stress tested a 4930K using an air cooler for over 24 hours and it never got above 65C and even then it took quite a few hours to get up to that temp

@baddgsx, you have to bear in mind that the higher you overclock the quicker the CPU will start to fail. Over a period of time you may find you either have to lower the overclocking or it may just fail completely due to the extra power you are passing through the CPU

Anton my CPU's never get up to that temp, and i have stress tested them for 2 days straight and only ever hit around 60 to 65c, I use to play with water cooled systems years ago, but if you are really going to over clock the CPU I understand then, but if not i wouldn't bother with it mate.

Oh Anton the only real fan noise that i do hear is the twin 1400 watt power supplies! the rest is pretty quite on mine now.
