Default Source Timecode Display

Can anyone tell me please, is there any way to display the original source timecode of an audio track as you scroll the timeline cursor through it? At the moment, with source timecode displayed as an overlay, it only shows the video. It would be great to select a track (on the track panel) and display the source timecode of that track, as the overlay in the record window when you scroll the timeline cursor. Is this possible in any way? If not, it would be a great feature for the future.
