Default Blu-ray MPEG-2 presets for PC3

These presets are for Mpeg2 HD targeted at Blu-ray applications and for use with ProCoder 2 or 3. However, if you own ProCoder 3 I suggest you download the templates form the H.264 thread http://ediusforum.grassvalley.com/fo...ead.php?t=4146 because they have all in one (mpeg2 & avc).

EDIT. I'll just point out.
The last three presets have incorrect frame rates baed on their target name, please change them
Thanks Jerry.

Very nice, indeed.

If my math is correct, the 1440 x 1080 settings will yield a 4:3 image. Will those images 'naturally' be displayed on a 16:9 monitor with the black bars on both sides?

Thanks,

Jon

That an anamorphic (non-square pixel) widescreen format, just like widescreen DV.

Yes, that one is set to 16:9. For DVDit PRO HD the manual saya that only 1920x1080 will pass but that is not the case, I have tried the 1440x1080 16:9 Mpeg 2 preset and it passes through fine. Saves render times!!!!

Sorry, my name's not Jerry, I was referring to Jerry who spotted the small mistake.

I have the Sony BDR-100. As Mark said, I don't think it matters.
It's how you use them more than what burner you use.

Boys, these presets do work. Mark has spent some time putting them
together for us. He has used them, and so have I. Thank him, not me.
