Default Audio Sync Plugin?

Hi there, just wondering what the best way to sync audio recorded separately to that of the camera audio, and also to sync multiple cameras together.

As I understand, Pluraleyes has not been supported for a long time and Adobe now has an in-built audio-sync plugin.

What are Edius Pro 8 users doing?

Pluraleyes isn't supported as a plugin, but it still works as a stand alone application that exports a premiere xml which can be imported into edius.

Just put your source files in pluraleyes, sync, export the xml and when you import that into Edius, you will get a synced timeline and bins with your source clips.

Davinci Resolve can also sync and export back to edius, but I think you may have to export synced media, not just an xml. I haven't tried resolve for this yet, but if some has, maybe they can chime in to confirm.

I have used Resolve for a couple of multicamera syncs and provided Resolve supports the media I just export an XML linked to the original clips and bring that into EDIUS. The only times I used it I was using 25P GH5 mov files so no experience using other media.
