Default Audio Waveform Files.

Waiting for my waveform files to appear on a 4 camera 4K shoot over 3 days.

This is taking HOURS - and using a pathetic 7% cpu, Zero GPU and a piddling bit of RAM.

C'mon GV this whole platform needs cranking up a notch - what's the point of editing "Everything" if you have to wait a week to see the wretched audio files?

Paul :-(

how are you transferring the files?

if using sourcebrowser and a card reader, EDIUS will take days to generate waveforms unless you disable all the waveform options is user settings

once you then place clips on timeline and expand the tracks, the waveforms will be generated fast and superfast if files are on SSD Raid0 such as mine
